Tips for a Well designed Slide

Dear students:

Please follow these rubrics while designing the slides of your presentations.

Rubrics for a well designed slide :

1- Keep a constant theme through out the presentation.

2- Only have between 5- 7 words per line.

3- Only have from 5- 7 bullets per slide.

4- Enter the text in the form of points and do not write these points in details as you have to discuss them in details orally in front of the audience.

5- Apply animation and other special effects.

6- Only put one concept on each slide.

7- Keep it simple and straight forward.

8- Only insert graphics that are related to the concept discussed on each slide.
