Year 7 English Assignment

One of the many themes included in our novel ‘Feather Boy’ is Bullying. You are asked to research this topic and prepare a presentation on it. This will go towards your final report grade.

Introduction

Here you will need to introduce the topic of bullying. You should write a definition of the term and briefly go through the main types of bullying.

Chapter Headings

It is important that you organise your work into chapter headings.
Here are some suggestions you may wish to follow.
1 The different types of bullying.
2 At least two real life stories of bullying in your own words but researched from the web.
3 Practical solutions on how to deal with bullying.
4 A look at who bullies and the reasons why people become bullies.

Notes on Presentation

You should include in your work a title page, a contents page and all pages should be numbered. Remember you must complete all of your work in your own words.

Your work should be typed using

Times New Roman Font 12. Aim for about 1500 words.


Remember to include as many pictures,illustrations and diagrams as you can to brighten up your work
