| dear ms dina i am actually facing the same problem that yussef has. no image just voice. i tried it on 7 diffrent video programs and it didnot work on any one. so what can i do now  | |

| Hello !! I think Omar that the problem is cause of the program which was recorded by  .I have also tried it on two computers but it didn't work. Also all other videos are not working for other subjects.  Youssef | |

| Hi guys, I think that if some one is facing a video proplem. He must download from the net K_lite codec pack in order to open ansd see the image with the recordings. Sorry for disturbance, Ahmed Ismail  | |

| Ahmed,
Thier is a problem in the image itself, it do appear but it os not clear at all, all images in the video appear together in one time !!!
