Novel Study - Kensuke's Kingdom

1) Write a summary of Michael Morpugo’s biography
2) Write word lists for each chapter – words you don’t know, look them up in a dictionary and record definition
3) Read Chapters 1-5
4) For each chapter, write 3 questions you would like to ask the author regarding setting, character, theme or plot
5) Pretend you are the protagonist, Michael, write two letters, 1) to your parents offering alternative solutions to unemployment and 2) saying goodbye to your friend Eddie

Note all the above work should be done in Vocab/Literature notebook.
