Dear Ms. Gouda,

Mohamed cannot open the Geography & History sheets from the CD. We opened the video. It was clear, but the sheets are not compatible with our system.

Please Advise.

Regarding the sheets, I'm afraid I'm unable to help you. You would have to address this issue to the technical department.
