Pages 8 and 9 are in a workbook called 'How have things changed?:At home'. This work book SHOULD have been given to you! I was unable to attend school on the last day and asked a colleague to make sure the students had all the books etc needed to complete theses projects!
Just complete everything that you can and dont worry about this for now.
