Dear Mahmoud, I want you to adjust the sound of your Pc's speakers by right clicking on the realtek HD Audio Manager icon on the task bar. Select volume control and adjust the master volume to be max., wave to be max., and the SW synth and CD volume to be in the middle. Try it now, I can hear the voice loudly on my PC. Mrs. Garana
