International tolerance day projects.

Dear parents,

I would just like take a minute to fill you in on what the 'international tolerance day project' is all about. Next Wednesday (25th November) the whole school will participating in a day of learning about different cultures and countries from all over the world.

The work that year 1 have completed will be made into big books to be displayed in the classroom for all the class years in the school to come round and see. Not only will the year 1 students be teaching other students in the school about the countries they have been assigned but they will also have an opportunity to visit other classes and learn about a variety of cultures and countries.

This promises to be a fun and educational day. I know year 1 will be proud of their efforts when they see how well they have done.

Can you please make sure your child has completed all work needed for the project to be handed in tomorrow. As we will soon need to start cutting and sticking to make the books.
